Revocable Contracts

Lucius Casket Company, LLC sells all its burial space items using revocable contracts.  This means that if you do not want an item it can be returned for a refund.
Who can revoke the contract?

Prior to delivery the owner, the person who pays for the contract, may revoke the contract.  After delivery the beneficiary, the person who the burial space item is purchased for, may revoke the contract.

Are there any fees when revoking the contract?

Yes.  There is an administrative fee of 5% for revocation of the contract prior to delivery.  There is a 15% administrative fee for revocation of the contract after delivery.

Are there portions of the contract that cannot be revoked?

Yes.  Any item that is personalized cannot be returned.

What happens if the owner dies prior to the beneficiary taking delivery of the burial space item?

The beneficiary becomes the owner and has all the rights the deceased owner had.

Can ownership of the contract be assigned?

Yes.  The owner may assign his rights under the contract to anyone.
